Recipes that can help you on your journey to health and wellness. I’m not a recipe blogger but since my transition to veganism I have developed a passion to cook and create.
When I started on this journey I was lost and didn’t have a clue where to begin. What I believed to be a daunting tasked blossomed into something incredible. For 48.5 years I cooked out of obligation. Now I do it out of love. I never imaged that giving up the foods that I grew up with and were accustomed to would open my mind and palette to a whole new world.
One of my present joys is that I can truly taste my food. And it is absolutely wonderful! I literally savor each and every morsel. The recipes that you find here are ones that have helped me tremendously. I have used each and every one of them on my journey. I invite you to peruse the database for ideas, then take to your kitchen and start to create some amazing dishes. Have fun, fine tune them and make them yours. ~Bon Appetite~
